A Power of attorney is a written document that provides an authorization to act on another´s behalf. The power of attorney is used for legal matters when one part can not participate.
The power of attorney must be signed in either a notary office in Turkey or it can be granted in a Turkish consulate in any country.
While buying a property in Turkey, you may need to use the power of attorney in the case when you do not live in Turkey and you are not able to visit it that often.
